The
Vitivinícola Warehouse do Ribeiro (that today counts on
a number superior to 800 partners), was born in 1968, after two
years brought to light the first wine prepared and labeled ribeiro,
with the name of "Pazo". One of the premises of this
warehouse is the recovery of the varieties of quality that characterize
the wine ribeiro and the modernization of the techniques of elaboration
and transformation.
Treixadura, Torrontés, Loureira, Side, Albariño
and godello are the great native varietales that take part in
the elaboration of the targets and from them their body and its
aromas take their freshness. Brancellao, Caíño,
Sousón, Ferro'n and Mencía are the red protagonists
of the flavorful ones and increasing quality.
